1) Purpose
This comment section exists to discuss the article’s topic, share knowledge, and help students and readers understand legal concepts. It is not a place for personal disputes or individualized legal advice.
Note: Nothing here is legal advice. For legal advice, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
2) Ground Rules
- Be respectful. Critique ideas, not people.
- Stay on topic. Address the article’s subject or closely related issues.
- Be clear. Use plain language; cite sources for legal claims when possible.
- One account per person. No impersonation or misrepresentation.
- Use English or Urdu. Provide translations where helpful.
3) Not Allowed
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or personal attacks.
- Defamation or unverified allegations about identifiable people.
- Spam, commercial promotions, referral/affiliate links, or link-dropping without context.
- Illegal content or instructions to commit unlawful acts.
- Posting personal data without consent (doxxing) or confidential case details.
- Off-topic political advocacy or conspiracy content unrelated to the article.
- AI-generated comment spam or bulk copy-paste replies.
4) Moderation Process
- Comments may be held for review and may be edited or removed for clarity, safety, or policy violations.
- We may limit or close threads on older posts to reduce spam.
- Repeat or severe violations may result in account or IP restrictions.
Moderation decisions aim to keep discussions useful for readers and students.
5) Links & Self-Promotion
- Relevant, non-spammy links are welcome if you add brief context on why they help.
- No paid promotions, lead-gen, or contact harvesting.
- Excessive self-promotion will be removed.
